The $300 Amazfit Helio Ring will go on sale on May 15.

The market for smart rings is beginning to take off as businesses become aware of the demand. Zepp is the most recent business to reveal an impending release; the Amazfit Helio Ring will go on sale for $300.

The Helio Ring, one of the only tangible rivals to the Oura Ring on show, made a big impression during its CES 2024 debut. An alloy of titanium used to make the ring is claimed to be skin-safe. It is equipped with multiple sensors to monitor certain vitals, such as your heart rate. Furthermore, because it can be worn comfortably and takes up little room, it's ideal for sleep tracking.

Zepp states that when combined with an Amazfit smartwatch, the Amazfit Helio Ring "reaches its full potential." The company's app appears to merge data from the two devices, extracting exercise information from the watch and recuperation data from the ring.

This is an intriguing strategy, given that the majority of people would like to wear a smart ring to do away with the necessity for a wristwatch. It seems counterintuitive to wear both as you would think that one or the other would measure all of your vitals when necessary.

On May 15, the Amazfit Helio Ring will go on sale. When purchased alone, the $300 price tag will be halved for customers who bundle the ring with the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra or Amazfit Cheetah Pro.

At initially, the Helio Ring won't be available in every size. The manufacturer claims that additional sizes will become available as inventory increases.
